Vendor Account Statement

Lists of all the financial transactions between your vendors within a specific (From) and (To) Date Period. This is required in some cases where you need to create a reports of your specific customer.

Navigate to Accounting and Vendor A/C Statement
  • Select > Company name from the List if you want to get the Statement for the Specific Vendor or leave the Vendor list as is (-Select-) if you want get the statement of all customer.

  • Select Date from Calendar and the list will display.

  • After the list is display you can Export to Excel format or print it as is to send to your customer


Get the following details in Vendor Statement:

  • Qty., Qty. Type (Ton or Piece), Debit, Credit, Balance & Date of Invoice
