Manage Customer Follow-up


  • Navigate to CDM and click "Follow-up"

  • Select the Customer from the list according to the Selection of Priority

Customer Priority

  • Based on the Selection of Customer Review the previous records of follow-up bottom of the customer List.

Follow-up records

  • To change priority: Select the priority from the Right Column and click update.

  • To add follow-up records: Select additional notes status.

  • Type notes or comments.
