Manage Customer Data and Priority


  • Review Customers in My Customers by Navigating CDM Click "My Customer"

  • To change priority : Select Item from the List of Customers, Change Customer Priority and Click "Update"

  • After selection, you will have multiple options to take an neccesary action like Send Email, Invoice, Followup, etc.

  • To edit details of Customer Click "Edit Details" from the List of Item




  • After clicking Edit Details you will redirect to full details page of your customer. After editing details Click "Update"
